NEC Planning processes support greater collaboration, transparency, and accountability regarding NEC investment priorities, funding needs, operations, and project and program delivery. These processes, including the five-year Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and the Year-One component of the CIP, are required by statute and this plan fulfills the associated obligations. This iteration of the FY27-31 CIP includes an appendix with additional project, program, and BCC information. Readers are encouraged to explore the investments included in the Appendix in more detail through the interactive dashboard embedded below.

- All dollar amounts have been rounded to the nearest $100,000. As a result, some totals may not add up due to rounding.
- Use the filters on the left-hand side left of each page to narrow your view of the tables.
- Some text fields (such as projects scopes) may exceed the size of the text box. In these cases, a scrollbar will appear on the right-hand side.
- The Web Appendix is a fixed snapshot of the CIP as published in fall 2026 and does not incorporate any subsequent data updates.
